1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Timeline Printing Press ("Store," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Store.
2. Products and Ownership
All artwork, designs, and images featured in our Store are original works created and owned exclusively by Timeline Printing Press. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, remain with us. Our Store offers giclee prints and screenprints of these original artworks for personal use only.
3. Permitted Use
When you purchase a print from our Store, you are purchasing the physical print only. You are NOT purchasing:
* The copyright to the artwork
* The right to reproduce the artwork
* The right to resell reproductions of the artwork
* Any commercial usage rights
Prints purchased from our Store may be:
* Displayed in your home or office
* Given as gifts
Prints may NOT be:
* Reproduced or copied in any form
* Used for commercial purposes
* Resold as reproductions or prints
* Modified or altered for redistribution
* Used in any digital or physical reproduction without written permission
4. Orders and Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
5. Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment via PayPal and major credit/debit cards. All transactions are processed securely through Wix Payments and PayPal. We do not offer payment plans or installment options.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
All prints are carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping. Please inspect your order upon receipt.
7. Returns and Refunds
Damaged Items: If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will offer a replacement or full refund.
Defective Prints: If your print has a printing defect or quality issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund if the defect is confirmed.
Change of Mind: Due to the custom nature of art prints, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color variations due to monitor differences.
Non-Refundable: Custom orders, sale items, and shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
8. Color Accuracy
We make every effort to display colors accurately on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of colors will be accurate. Slight variations in color between the digital image and physical print may occur and do not constitute a defect.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Timeline Printing Press shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your purchase or use of our products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
10. Copyright Infringement Claims
All artwork sold through our Store is original work created and owned by us. If you believe any content on our Store infringes your copyright, please contact us immediately with details of the alleged infringement.
11. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
* Use our Store for any unlawful purpose
* Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
* Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any artwork without written permission
* Use automated systems to access our Store without permission
* Interfere with or disrupt the Store or servers
12. Privacy
Your use of our Store is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Store. Your continued use of the Store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
14. Modifications to Store
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Store at any time without notice.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Connecticut, United States Of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
16. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Store shall be resolved through arbitration/mediation/courts of appropriate jurisdiction in Connecticut, USA.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Timeline Printing Press regarding the use of our Store and supersede all prior agreements.
19. Contact Information
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By making a purchase from our Store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
